Refunds & Returns

Modern Delphi wants you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, and digital downloads are handled.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply to you under consumer-protection law.
1. Physical products
You may request to return an eligible physical product within 14 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please contact Modern Delphi at info@moderndelphi.ca within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request if you wish to provide one.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to return it. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or was sent in error.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
For eligible returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by applicable law, the refund will include the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional charges for upgraded or express shipping are not refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@moderndelphi.ca as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns except where required by applicable law:

personalized or custom-made items;

items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resaleable condition;

digital downloads once access, download, or delivery has begun, where you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that this may affect your withdrawal rights.
5. International and European Union Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us by email at info@moderndelphi.ca or use the model withdrawal form below. You must then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
