Support for adults focuses on enhancing daily functioning and self-understanding. Behavioral strategies, Jungian insight approaches, boundary setting exercises, and self-esteem building are tools that can be used to develop strategies tailored to your unique needs.

Psychoeducation,  strengths-based strategies and emotional regulation tools, and supportive counseling focused on insight, self-awareness, and behavior change to enhance safety and stabilization.

Mental Health First Aid: Adults who Interact with Youth / Supporting Youth

I am a certified facilitator for the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course designed for adults who support youth aged 12-24. This 14 hour training equips participants to recognize signs of mental health issues, offer initial assistance, and connect youth with appropriate resources. Available in both virtual and in-person formats, this course is ideal for educators, parents, coaches, and community leaders.
