Refund & Payment Policy

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance to confirm your session.
Invoices are sent directly to clients after the complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Payments may be made via PayPal or Stripe, using the secure link provided in the invoice email.
Services are offered virtually via Zoom or by telephone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only prior to the delivery of services.
If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours' notice or more, you may request a refund or reschedule your session without penalty.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, but are non-refundable.
Services are virtual and technical difficulties can arise. If this is the case, the consultation will be switched to phone consultation.
Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered non-refundable.
Once services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

Sliding Scale Availability

I am committed to accessible care. A sliding scale is available for clients with financial need. Please don’t hesitate to ask about options during your consultation.
